Cole was so excited to participate in this years 3rd Annual "Kindy 500". All the kindergartners make a vehicle of any kind out of a cardboard box. Cole's only request was it be a green truck. Well with having a NON creative mother and a very willing and awesome dad Cole couldn't have been happier with his green mud slingin truck!
They ventured through the hallway to the song "Life is a Highway" so all the other kids in the school could drool over these sweet rides!Now like i said Cole thought he had the coolest truck in town..and he did of course, but... Wow o wow can those Mexicans make cars! They look like all they are missing is the engine (look at the car behind Cole) the low riders, hummers, i swear i was QUIET impressed with these boxes..i mean cars.
The point of this day is to drive around and tour different monuments. They saw Betsy Ross (my sis in law Jennie), Abe Lincoln, Mount Rushmore, the Statue of Liberty, the Bald Eagle exhibit and a few more. Very interesting i might add. All the kids had a blast! I have to say Cole's teacher Mrs. Barlow sure puts on quiet the Kindy 500 and having had 2 kids be apart of this has been alot of fun.
